Former Rajasthan chief minister Ashok Gehlot has called upon the BJP government at the Centre to provide a thorough account of its promises made during the 2014 and 2019 Lok Sabha elections. Gehlot’s demand underscores a growing scrutiny of political manifestos and their implementation.

Gehlot articulated, “The people have not yet forgotten the promises made in 2014. The Modi government should be held accountable for the commitments it made to the electorate during both the 2014 and 2019 elections.”
