In the review meeting, the Chief Minister asked officials of the Tribal Welfare Department to speed up works and increase their performance. The department achievement stands at 25.25%.

Expressing concern over the performance of 8.6% by the Women and Child Welfare Department, the Chief Minister asked officials to concentrate on developing nutri-gardens with the cooperation of local Panchayats. He expressed satisfaction over 31.35% progress of the Housing department.

The Chief Minister also asked officials of the Animal Husbandry Department to improve fodder development to meet the demand. When the officials informed the gathering that there are 91 Lac animals along with 14 Lac farmers in the State, CM asked them to gather data on total animals in the State by providing a unique number.

The Chief Minister expressed happiness over the increase in mangroves in the coastal belt. He directed officials to develop an online portal that can be useful to the dairy farmers and consumers.

He also said that officials of the Fisheries Department should speed up the works of fish ponds, fish drying platforms and approach roads. The department has achieved 4.24% progress.
