Arvind Kejriwal, Delhi Chief Minister, has responded to the Enforcement Directorate (ED), seeking clarification on the issuance of summonses in the excise policy-linked money laundering case, according to the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP). The ED had summoned Kejriwal for the fourth time last week, setting a deadline for his appearance on Thursday.
The AAP accused the BJP of attempting to arrest Kejriwal to prevent his participation in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. They questioned the necessity of summoning him if he is not implicated in the case, as stated by the Enforcement Directorate.
The Aam Aadmi Party emphasized that their leaders are not involved in corruption and affirmed their commitment to stay clear of any alliance with the BJP.
